Shipping
We ship orders within 3 business days, from Brisbane, using Priority Road Freight - Delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on location.
Once we have shipped you will receive the shipping tracking to follow up on delivery.

Delivery Address
Parcels are sent by Priority Road Freight only to a street address - no PO Box or Parcel Locker.
Authority to Leave
All parcels are sent with Authority to Leave in a safe place, unless you ask us to remove this option.
If you would prefer your parcel to require a signature, please contact us before your order is shipped.
We will do our best to pass special delivery instructions on to the courier, but we cannot guarantee that the courier will follow them.
Free Shipping
Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping.
This applies to all products on TankTerrarium.com.au. No bulky or heavy fees.
If your order is over $100 and free shipping is not showing at checkout, please contact us at contact@tankterrarium.com.au.
Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
This includes purchasing the wrong product or deciding after purchase that a product is not suitable for your needs.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when packing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or other suitable remedy.
