Before Use

Rinse thoroughly in clean water before adding to your aquarium or habitat.

How Much Substrate Do I Need?

1. Multiply the aquarium or habitat length by its width and your desired substrate depth, usually 5 -10cm.
2. Divide the result by 1000.
3. The result is the approximate weight required in kilograms.

Example: 60cm x 30cm x 5cm = 9000. Divided by 1000, this equals approximately 9kg of substrate.
